Processing Time:

We will do our utmost to process all orders within 2-3 business days. All of the products shown on our website are subject to stock availability. All orders are dispatched directly from the relevant manufacturer, which may be outside of the UK. We use third party couriers to deliver your products. You may need to sign for them, and you may have to rearrange delivery if you are not in and there are no alternatives to leave the parcel (neighbour. Safe place etc). 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or if products are out of stock, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
